"You are my memories"- Festival in Kisújszállás

On 12 September 2026, the students and teachers of the Móricz Zsigmond Reformed College in Kisújszállás represented their institution at the Kivilágos Kivirradtig Festival, an event that has now become a local tradition. As part of the programme series organised by the Municipality—and also connected to our Erasmus project—members of our school community took part in a variety of exciting activities, including musical and theatrical performances.

“Emlékem vagy” is a special musical formation and concert programme created by artists of the Szigligeti Theatre of Szolnok. During the performance, some of the most beautiful hits and songs of Hungarian pop music were played in symphonic and intimate arrangements, offering enjoyable entertainment for all generations, both younger and older audiences alike.

🎬✨ Freshmen Week – Day 2: Hollywood Comes to School! 🍿🎥

On the second day of Freshmen Week, the six ninth-grade classes invited the school community on a cinematic adventure! During the break, each class brought a scene from an iconic movie to life, transforming the school corridors into Hollywood for a short while. 🌟

🚀 Star Wars
🤠 Once Upon a Time in the West
🏴‍☠️ Pirates of the Caribbean
🐕 Scooby-Doo
🕶️ Men in Black
⚡ Harry Potter

There was no shortage of creativity, humor, or enthusiasm! The freshmen proved that they are right at home not only in the world of movies but also on stage. 👏😎

A huge thank you to the ninth-grade classes for their spectacular performances! What else does Freshmen Week have in store? 🤩

🇪🇺🌍 ERASMUS DAYS 2026 – Discover Europe with Us! ✈️🎉

On October 14, Erasmus+ programmes and international cooperation once again took centre stage at our school!

Our 8th grade students from the Arany János Primary School Unit had the opportunity to learn about our previous and ongoing Erasmus+ and international projects, followed by an exciting and interactive EU quiz where they could test their knowledge. 🗺️🏆 The best performers received gift packages, while every participant was rewarded with a surprise.
During the breaks, students from the Móricz school community could take part in fun EU-themed mini games. 🎁

💻 A special highlight of the day was the online meeting with our Italian and Polish project partners, where our students and partners had informal conversations about their schools, cities, and our shared project.

❤️ We would like to thank all participants, helpers, and Europe Direct Szolnok for contributing to the success of the event!

See you again at Erasmus Days next year! 💙💛

The Driving Force: Project Management

Project management is an essential part of our project. Our coordinators continuously develop their skills in this field. The project coordinators are: Piroska Monokiné Serege (Hungary), Eftychia Koundouraki (Greece), Iwona Gronowalska (Poland), and Paola Patrizia Zarbo (Italy).

The Hungarian partner coordinator participated in a communication training event organized by the Hungarian National Agency, bringing together representatives from the school education, vocational education and training, youth, higher education, adult learning, and sport sectors, as well as the European Solidarity Corps.

The knowledge and insights gained during the training were subsequently discussed with the other project coordinators and incorporated into their project management practices.
